Why most agencies
don't work.

The typical agency pitch goes like this: they have a great deck, a case study from a well-known brand, and a process that sounds tight. You sign. Then reality: you're handed to an account coordinator. The strategist who sold you shows up on the quarterly call. The monthly report is polished, the numbers are real, but somehow nothing is quite getting better.

This is the standard model. It works fine for the agency — they onboard clients, lock in retainers, and manage relationships at scale. It works less well for you, because your account is now one of forty being managed by someone two years out of university who's doing their best but doesn't have the seniority to make the hard calls.

This is the core of what we do. We run campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn — and we've managed budgets from a few thousand a month to well into the six figures. The platform isn't the strategy. The audience, the creative, and the offer are.

Before we touch your campaigns, we audit your current setup. Most accounts we inherit have wasted spend hiding in broad match keywords, overlapping audiences, or creative that hasn't been refreshed in eight months. We find it, flag it, and fix it — in that order.

We don't spread budgets thin across four platforms to give you a deck full of graphs. We tell you which platform your customers are actually on and focus there. When it's time to expand, we expand deliberately.

02 Social Media Management

We take over your social accounts, build a content calendar that's connected to what you're actually selling, and manage community engagement. Not a generic posting schedule. Not "engagement content" that could belong to any brand in your category.

Every piece of content is written with your brand voice and built around a commercial objective. Visibility and brand-building matter — but they need to lead somewhere. We make sure they do.

03 Creative & Brand Design

Ad creative built to convert, not to win design awards. We produce static ads, short-form video scripts, and landing page copy — and everything gets tested. We set up structured A/B tests, track which variables move the needle, and cut creative that underperforms. Including work we made ourselves.

We don't produce creative in a vacuum. Every asset we make is informed by what the data says about your audience: what format they respond to, what copy angle works, what offer resonates. Good-looking ads that don't convert aren't good.

04 Analytics & Reporting

One dashboard. It shows revenue attributed to every campaign, every ad, every dollar. Not a slide deck of selected highlights — a live view of the numbers that matter. You can look at it any time. We look at it every day.

We also send a weekly update: what we changed, why, and what we expect to happen next. If something isn't working, you'll read it in plain language — not buried in a table of metrics where a bad number can be hidden next to a good one.

For clients on larger budgets, we build attribution models that properly credit the full customer journey — because last-click attribution lies, and we'd rather have an honest, complicated truth than a clean, misleading dashboard.

Minimum engagement: We have a 3-month minimum on all retainers. This isn't about locking you in — it's because paid media takes time to optimise. Month one is learning. Month two is refining. Month three is when results start compounding. Anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.

Management fees: Our fees are based on scope, not a percentage of ad spend. We don't make more money when you spend more money — which means we'll tell you to cut budget on something that isn't working instead of holding on to the spend.

Ad spend: Your ad spend goes directly to the platforms — not through us. We don't take a margin on media spend. You pay the platforms directly. We charge for the work.

No hidden fees: The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. No setup fees buried in month one. No "creative production costs" disclosed on week three.
