Our Commitment
LumoraMedia is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Current Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to improve conformance.
Accessibility Features
The following accessibility features are currently implemented on this site:
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (
nav,main,section,footer) to assist screen reader navigation - ARIA labels on interactive elements, including the Luna chat assistant
- Keyboard navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab key
- Visible focus indicators on interactive controls
- Sufficient colour contrast for primary text and UI elements
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Form fields with associated labels
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations that we are working to address:
- The embedded ClickUp contact form is a third-party component; its internal accessibility is governed by ClickUp and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Some decorative elements and animations may not have been fully audited for reduced-motion preferences.
- A comprehensive automated and manual WCAG audit has not yet been completed across all pages.
