- Messages you send to Luna may be transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate a response. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details, passwords, or health information) via Luna.
- Conversation history is stored temporarily in your browser session only and is not retained on our servers beyond the duration of your visit.
- Luna is an automated system. Its responses are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice.
Where Anthropic processes data on our behalf, it acts as a data processor under our instructions. For more details, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services which may process your data:
- ClickUp — our contact form is embedded via ClickUp. Submissions are processed by ClickUp in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — we load fonts from Google's servers. Google may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — when the Luna AI assistant is active, messages may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Luna conversation data is session-only and is not stored after your browser session ends.

- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)

9. Automated Decision-Making
Our Luna AI assistant uses automated logic to suggest services based on your goals and budget. This is a recommendation tool only — no automated decision produces any legal or similarly significant effect on you. All final service decisions are made by our human team.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
12. Data Breach Notification
